How orders are processed and approved
Understand the order lifecycle: pending approval, bank transfer confirmation, provisioning, and activation of your service.

Every order follows the same simple lifecycle so you always know where things stand.
1. Pending approval
After checkout your order is created as pending approval. If you chose bank transfer, transfer the exact Due Today amount and include your ORDER_ID in the payment reference.
2. Approval
Our team confirms the payment (bank transfers are checked within 24 hours) and approves the order.
3. Provisioning
Shared hosting orders are provisioned automatically — your cPanel account is created and a welcome email is sent with your login details.
4. Active
Your service is live. Compute and Storage VPS orders are provisioned through our platform once approved.
