How to access your client area
Sign in to your myhostpk client area with your email and order ID to manage orders, servers, and support tickets.

Your client area is where you manage everything — orders, server details, cPanel credentials, and support tickets.
Signing in
Go to /portal and enter the email address you used at checkout along with the ORDER_ID (for example CN-XXXX) shown on your checkout confirmation page. No separate password is required.
What you can do
View your orders and their status, check bank transfer instructions, retrieve your cPanel login details after approval, open support tickets, and order new services with Quick Buy.
Lost your order ID?
Open a ticket from the checkout confirmation page or contact our support team with the email address used for the order, and we will recover the order ID for you.
